I caved at the grocery store yesterday. I bought those delicious cheesy bagels from the bakery. I know they are bad, but I rationalized it by thinking Jason would eat them. That didn’t last long. In an effort to make it somewhat healthy, I added about a tablespoon of flax seed meal to my cream cheese (2 tablespoons of cream cheese). The result: a delicious cheesy bagel, with a slightly grainy cream cheese. And fiber, omega 4s and protein packed in. A small success on a Monday morning. This would taste great on a blueberry bagel.
